Melbourne International Games Week (MIGW) kicks off with the return of the rollicking ride that is ‘Locomojam’. For the second time an epic 37-hour train journey from Brisbane to Melbourne will take place where game developers collaborate and create new games fast and from scratch,1-2 October 2022.

Up to 50 participating ‘jammers’ will join the trip of a lifetime, sharing ideas, skills and inspiration to plan, design and create innovative new games which will be showcased at PAX AUS during MIGW.

Locomojam is inspired by the hugely successful Train Jam in the United States. It’s an open gender event that celebrates diversity, and designers, artists, writers, coders, musicians, audio technicians and producers are encouraged to get on-board.

Tickets include the train ticket to Melbourne, dinner, accommodation and breakfast in Sydney, and exclusive jammer swag.

Once you have registered you will join the online Locomojammer community prior to the opening event and theme reveal in Brisbane on Friday 30 September.

By purchasing a ticket you agree to the Locomojam Code of Conduct, which will be pinned in Slack and is available on Jamhost and by request.
